Zuweisen von Schichten für Wände

You assign each layer a priority value so the layer can join to its corresponding priority value layer.
The priority is a region ranging to a minimum of 1 to a maximum of so called Core layer.

Connection rules for wall layers:
- Higher priority layers will cut through lower priority layers.
- ARCHLine.XP connects layers with the highest priority first before connecting layers with a lower priority.
