Add water surfaces to your project with one click. All you have to do is select the cavity in the field where you want to place water, then click on the appropriate height to create the water. There are two ways to create a water surface: the first is to automatically set the water surface to the size of the cavity in the terrain, the second is to create the water surface under the terrain first, then deepen the terrain to get the desired water surface.
Automatic water surface
After editing the terrain, you can add water surfaces to the project. All you need to do is click on the desired height in the recess - the water surface will be automatically created with the required size, so you don't need to modify or change it. If you modify the terrain and the water surface does not cover the cavity, you can move, rotate and resize it afterwards. This method is recommended for creating ponds.
Unique water surface
Set the size of the water surface, then click on the terrain to create the water surface. Move this water surface below the surface of the terrain, then use the Terrain editor to create a recess to create the desired water surface. This method is recommended for creating rivers.
Water textures
The water will be created with the default water texture, the grab and drop method can be used to replace it with the real water textures in the library. You can click on the water surface to modify it in the material properties dialog to match the real one.
Correcting errors
The water editing steps can be undone, so accidental changes and changes that went wrong can be easily undone. If you change your mind, clicking the forward button on the toolbar will bring up your previously undone edit again.
