The Tools menu provides access to the program's quick settings for editing and 2D drawing tools.

| Grid | The floor plan displays a grid of guide lines to help you keep scale. |
| Snap and grid | The cursor automatically jumps to the intersection points of the grid helper lines. |
| Automatic object snap | The cursor is positioned at the vertices and midpoints of elements in the project. |
| Ortho | The cursor can only move horizontally or vertically or in a predefined direction. |
| Polar snap | The cursor movement is locked in certain directions. |
| Preselect | Outlines an item when the cursor is over it. |
| Line weight | The line thickness of the element can be displayed at different scales. |
