Sun

Adjusting the Sun adjusts the shadows and the direction of natural light, which is important when examining the Sun's rays and rendering images.

Command location: View > Sun

North direction

In the project, the North direction can be set here. This setting makes it easy to set the direction of the Sun's movement.

Sun position

In this dialogue you can set the geographical location, the date and the exact time. These all determine the movement of the Sun and the appearance of natural lights and shadows.

Sun and shadow simulation

The sliders make it easy to check the shadows and lights of the 3D model by date.

Heliodon

It can be used to visually adjust the position of the Sun and the North direction in the 3D model.
