Line

A line connects two points, thus defining a line on the floor plan. The lines drawn one after the other act as independent elements, not interacting with each other.

Command location: Drafting > Line

Line drawing:

1. Enter the starting point of the line.
2. Enter the end point of the line.
3. (optional) Repeat step 2 to create connected lines.

Modifier keys:

• Shift = Lock direction horizontally, vertically and diagonally.
• Distance and angle can be specified as follows, example: (1 unit distance under 45 degrees).
• In absolute coordinate system: 1<45
• In relative coordinate system: @1<45
• In arithmetic expressions, you can enter values and operation symbols (addition, subtraction, multiplication or division). Example: 6.5, 3 as X,Y coordinate: 3+2*2-1/2, 3
