3D Warehouse direct download available from ARCHLine.XP 2023

Trimble's 3D Warehouse site occasionally experiences problems.

Please note that the 3D Warehouse site is not a product of CadLine Ltd., but is owned by Trimble, a US company, which requires registration to use the site.

Therefore, we have no control over any problems that may occur on the 3D Warehouse site. ARCHLine.XP provides the ability to place models directly into the project as an extra service compared to other CAD programs, but Trimble makes no guarantee that this availability will be maintained. Availability changes frequently without notice. Also, registration does not always work properly.

The renewed internal download is recommended for all users who want to enjoy the benefits of fast direct object download.

If you are using a program older than ARCHLine.XP 2023, you can download objects from the 3D Warehouse as follows:

1. Click on the 3D Warehouse icon in the Design center or on the 3D Warehouse button in the Interior tab of the ribbon bar and select Download with External Browser. This will automatically open the 3D Warehouse page in the default browser.
2. Go to the page.
3. Select the model and download it to a folder, e.g. ARCHLineXP.Draw\SKP
4. In ARCHLine.XP, import the file using File menu - Import - SketchUp.
   
5. After the import, the model is saved in the library and can be placed on the design.
