Click on the Slab properties in the Building - Properties menu to have a look at the slab settings. Here you can enter values for the slab’s thickness, materials and additional properties. Here you can enter values for 2D attributes of the slab, thickness, angle of inclination, cutting walls, materials, slab layers and more. In the previews you can see the 3D model and the section view of the slab.

Select the 2D representation color of the slab. |
Line weights | Select the 2D representation line weights of the slab. |
Line type | Select the 2D representation line type of the slab. |
Layer | Select the layer that the slab is placed on. |
Priority | Select the 2D representation priority of the slab. The higher the value, the lower the slab will be displayed when several objects are overlapping. |
The slab border doesn't display on the floor plan in print | The slab border will be displayed on the floor plan, but will be left out of the printed documentation. |
Display 2D Fills | Set a custom hatch that will fill the slab area. |

Same materials | When activated, only one material is assigned to the slab. When deactivated, the top material, side material and the bottom material can be set independently. |
Constrains
Base offset from the floor | Set a value or click on the Edit button in the drop down menu to select a preset structural height. |
Total thickness | Set a value or click on the Edit button in the drop down menu to select a preset structural height. Negative values add thickness below the floor height, positive values add thickness above the floor height. |
Slab type | You can select from different types of slabs for the documentation. |
Cut the walls | When activated, the slab will cut the walls according to the selected type of cutting. |
Cut by roofs | When activated, the slab will be cut by the roof. |
Visible on other floors | When activated, the slab's perimeter will appear on the above/below floor with the set color and line type. |
U-value | Set this value to calculate the enrgy parameters of the slab. |
Width of border-strip not to be hatched | Set a value that won't be covered with the 2D fill. This option is available only if the Display 2D fills option is activated. |
Slab layers
Set the slab layers, their order and properties on this tab. You can find the same commands for editing the slab layers as in the Wall properties dialog.
