An skm file is a material file that SketchUp uses for texture information.
It includes the raster image file, a thumbnail image and an additional content that describes how large an area the image should cover.
You can download textures (skm file) from the 3D warehouse directly into ARCHLine.XP from version 2024.
Open 3D Warehouse website and go to Materials tab.
Use the Search field to find the texture you are interested, then click on download button.
ARCHLine.XP downloads the selected material and displays the Save material dialog where you can specify the name and category as you insert into the material library.
