Downloading the software

Obtain your ARCHLine.XP software in one of the following ways:

• ARCHLine.XP Account: sign in to your account and go to Download Center. You also have access to previous versions here.

• Trial version: you can find the trial version on the Free Trial page. Before purchasing you can download the software, use it on a trial basis, and purchase when the trial expires.

Avoiding download problems

Your browser may be using a previously downloaded version that is no longer current.

Before downloading, please:

1. Refresh the page (Ctrl + F5), 
2. Clear your browser cache

Then restart the download.

Quick guide:

• Chrome / Edge: Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → "Cached images and files"
• Settings:
  1. Time range: Select "All time" if you want to delete everything.
  2. Data type: Only check "Cached images and files" if you want to keep your passwords and browsing history.
• Tip: It is recommended to restart the browser after deleting.

Tips for a successful download:

1. Use at least a 10 Mbps Internet connection.

2. Make sure you have sufficient space on your hard drive. See the disk space recommendation in system requirements.

3. Restart your computer after installation.
