What happens if I lost my Serial number?

What can I do to get it back? 
You have three options for retrieving your serial number.

1. If you still have the original invoice email that was sent to you at the time of purchase, you should find your license serial number there.
2. In a browser window, you can log in with your personal username/password pair to your User profile on the ARCHLine.XP website, where you will find the serial number in the Program Details.
3. If you still cannot find your serial number, please contact us using the Contact form In the subject field, write "Lost serial number".

Please note that if you have purchased ARCHLine.XP through one of our licensed vendors, you should contact your vendor first.
