You can automatically plan a pipeline route between two connection points after selecting the MEP objects connectors.

The alignment attempts to generate the pipeline by prioritizing perpendicular changes in direction.

The benefits of automatic alignment are greatest in cases where the component defining the pipeline end point is at an unspecified angle and position relative to the pipe approach direction.
