- Re-architected Linked Models (XREF). 
The re-architected Linked Models (XREF) system improves project portability and performance by allowing users to reference DWG, RVT, IFC, PDF, and ARCHLine.XP floorplan files without increasing the host file size. This update offers superior collaboration tools with precise positioning and flexible file pathing for complex projects.
The specific file formats you can link fall into the following categories:
- Revit Models: .rvt
- CAD Formats: .dwg, .dxf
- Point Clouds: .rcp, .rcs, e57, .las, etc
- Industry Foundation Classes: .ifc (for open BIM collaboration)
- Markup: .pdf.

Three Norths – Improved Project Orientation

ARCHLine.XP now supports three independent north directions, making it easier to work with BIM projects that require both accurate geolocation and convenient modeling orientation.

The three north directions are:

- True North – The fixed north direction of the global coordinate system, used as the reference for project orientation.
- Project North – The user-defined north direction for modeling and documentation, allowing the building to be displayed in the most convenient orientation. It is usually rotated so that the main building walls appear horizontal and vertical on the screen.
- Geographic North – The real-world north based on the project's geolocation.

By separating these three concepts, you can:

- Keep your model correctly aligned with its real-world location.
- Rotate the project for easier modeling and drawing production.
- Maintain consistent project coordinates while generating site plans, documentation, and IFC exports.

This enhancement improves interoperability with BIM workflows and provides greater flexibility when working with projects that are not aligned with the real-world north direction.

Improved Tiling Schedule
 

The Tiling Schedule has been significantly improved to provide more accurate quantity take-offs and a smoother workflow.
What’s new:
- Painted (background) surface areas are now included in the schedule, enabling complete finish quantity calculations.
- Optimized workflow reduces unnecessary room update calculations, making schedule generation faster and more efficient.
- The schedule can be exported to Microsoft Excel, providing a detailed list of tile quantities, surface areas, and room-by-room material usage.

- Project Navigator Panel Shortcut: 

Added the Edit levels command to the Floor plan Building title right-click context menu for faster project navigation.

- Layer Manager dialog: 

Layer Manager: Double-click a layer to instantly activate it.

- Quick Selection Filter dialog: 

Added an "End Object Isolation" button to instantly display all isolated items.

New Features:

- Point Cloud - Create filters assigned to floors. 
To align the point cloud with building levels, you can create horizontal slices (filters) at different heights. These thin slices make walls and structures easier to see.

Workflow:
1. Set up levels:
Use Building - Point Cloud - Level Structure Settings to define the height of each level. It is recommended to check the point cloud in a side view for accuracy.
2. Set slice thickness:
Use a thin slice (e.g. 500 mm), placed about 1.0–1.5 m above the floor to clearly capture walls.
3. Link filters to levels:
Saved filters are automatically linked to building levels, so the point cloud view updates when switching between levels.

  Interface	Function
  	Update floor plan with assigned filter - It refresh the point cloud representation on floorplan
  	Show active filter plane - Displays the currently applied filter slice as a transparent plane within the point cloud, helping you see exactly which height range is being used.
  	Filter regions - Switch on/off filters and Edit filter dialog
  	Filter regions -/ + buttons - Use the + and – buttons to switch the active filter region up or down.
  	Filter – Displays the name of the active filter
  	Enlarge point size - Enlarge point size switch on/off . Use the + and – buttons below to increase or decrease the size of point cloud points for better visibility.
  	Box dimensions - Displays  the size of the bounding box of the point cloud.
  	Adjust Filter Elevation (Delta) Blue triangles Up / down: Changes the height of the active point cloud filter by a specified offset value.  The Delta elevation property is located in the Filter Point Cloud dialog box.

Non-parallel wall detection on floor plan

Balanced tile layout: 
The “2/3” decision process:
If the cut piece on the edge of the wall would be smaller than 2/3 of the tile, then shift the pattern so that there are cut tiles of the same size on both sides.
A joint is placed exactly in the middle of the wall. From there, the tiles start in both directions.
Example: If only 10 cm of the 60 cm tile is left in the corner, the software “shifts” the layout so that there are 34-34 cm cut tiles in both corners (taking into account joints).
This provides a much more balanced look.

Section, Elevation view - customizeable annotation line layout

Customizing the label line properties allows you to toggle between the position of the level name and the height above or below.

Issues resolved:

- Displaying workplane with a transparent surface
- Workplane Properties new dialog. Location: Drafting - 3D - Workplane - Properties
- Placing tags on Section view enabled
- Placing 3D drawing elements such as lines, polylines, and arcs in section view is enabled
- Wall color on section window is always black 
- Character encoding error in triangulation text 
- Plot layout visibility: visible elements on different floors weren't visible on plot layout when necessary 
- Window/door shifts on wall when modifying the wall thickness 
- Missing ungroup commands from ribbon menu 
- BIM parameter load error in case of wizard openings 
- Object edit 2d symbol command won't decompose element into 3d solids 
- Systemdialog xml command exports project elements again
